In our more than 110 years of experience, TECT has gained an incredible amount of technical knowledge that translates into product consistency and efficiency in our overall process. TECT is an industry leader in forging, electrical discharge machining and the high-speed conventional machining of hard and soft metals. In fact, TECT designs and manufactures its own forge dies, routinely forges exotic aerospace alloys and was an original manufacturer of the first GE turbine engine components.

Our commitment to investing in technology has also yielded cutting-edge machinery, including TECT's proprietary electrical discharge machining process, which was designed by one of our engineers right on the shop floor. TECT has a proven track record that goes back more than 110 years. That storied history includes producing airfoils for the very first aerospace turbine engines in the 1940s as well as manufacturing the liquid fuel pumps, impellers and nozzles for the Saturn V rocket that took the first man to the moon. It's this legacy of continued innovation and investing in new technologies that still drives TECT. And when you combine this experience with our vast technical expertise, you've got a recipe for precision parts and assemblies with superior quality. Reduced Time to Market

By owning multiple pieces of the supply chain puzzle, TECT can often reduce the time and overall cost it takes to get a part to market. That shortened lead time allows TECT to quickly respond to its customers' needs to give them added flexibility. So if a customer needs a part immediately to repair an aircraft and get it back in the sky, TECT has the nimbleness in many of its processes to produce and ship a replacement in an extremely timely manner. Think days. Not weeks. Reducing lead time can also decrease the amount of working capital required for a project because less material is needed to support our shortened timeline.
